Healthy in Autumn

Warning, the season for cold and flu is coming fast.
Here it is how to avoid it and stay healthy.
Start from the inside, sky is full of dark clods and there is not to much sun we all need that extra vitamin D3 in our system. You can go to any store and get vitamin D tablets they are great to help your defence system and also they help with absorbing calcium.
To prevent yourself from catching cold or flu, eat a lot of garlic and raspberries (you can buy frozen or tablets) this will build a barrier for viruses and bacteria.
When the bad weather start we are all more tempted to buy sweets and cant say no to a cake with nice warm coffee. I would suggest to have some healthy snacks in your bag ready just in case you feel hungry. There is nothing worse then starting to be unhealthy only because we have a good excuse 'the weather'. If you don't like gyms try to do some fun exercises in the house. I do Zumba in the house and I love it. You only need 20 minutes ones a day, it makes you feel so good and less guilty if you have a small slip up with something sweet.
Looking after your skin, you can still use SPF15 creams I personally love Olay anti-ageing cream it feel fantastic on my skin. However, there is a lot of amazing products out there for this time of the year. It is important to protect your skin. Remember you need to use lip balm too, to keep your lips nice and soft and protected at all times.
Few essentials for your handbag; lip balm, hand cream (i love hand food by soap & glory),
mints, healthy snacks. If you use the above I am sure you will be fine for this cold season!
