Wonder Woman... my hero!!!

Here is my hero of all times. 

I think Wonder Woman represents all women these days. It's about having power, intelligence, sophistication and beauty.

I remember watching the series on TV when I was a kid and I always wanted to be her. I am sure a lot of women feel this way too.

I have all the MAC make up 2011 and time to time I have a Wonder Woman day.

The colours are so cute, the pink is amazing, blue is so hot too.I actually I bought a lot from that collection, but what can I say you do anything for your hero.

This year I went little bit Wonder Woman mad. There was so many items in the shop I just could not say no.

This top looks so good with skinny jeans and high heels and of course oversized bag VB style. Personally from all the women celebrities VB and Angelina Jolie are the ultimate Wonder Women.

This is all about that girl power haha

Lilou my personal bracelet

Hi Everyone!
Here is my new addition , I love sliver bracelets and jewellery. I have heard from few people and my sister in law about LILOU. I am so excited to show you what I have :)
This is a Polish based jewellery company. They create amazing pieces and they are from what I have heard very popular in Poland.
I though I need to try them out, so I have ordered a bracelet with a silver medallion.
I decided that I wanted my baby nephews name on one side and his photograph on the other.

In total with the shipping I have paid around £50.00 maybe tiny bit less. But let me tell you it was worth every penny.
The parcel came couple of days ago.

My bracelet was in this cute bag and then when I opened the rest I was in shock, how cute it was. I will not keep you waiting any longer just take a look.

My baby nephews name Adas :)

This is the photo I have sent to them. I wish you can see it on real life. It is so beautiful.

I did not wanted to have it on a bracelet so I have placed in on my necklace. My baby nephew is next to my heart all the time now.

This is very personal to me and I would recommend it to anyone. This is an amazing idea for Christmas or Birthday. I think I know what my friends will get for Christmas this year...

PAN AM Air

Few days ago, I was watching a fantastic documentary about Pan Am air.
I must say it was so interesting. What really got to me is the class of the company, which launched on the 27th of October 1927. This was the first airline who served food. And this was no ordinary food.

The stewardesses had to cook it all from scratch. It was like first class restaurant but in the sky.
Since then we all know and remember the beautiful sign even though it did change few times

What a classic don't you think so?
The other thing what got my attention was the fashion, just take a look at class 1944 stewardesses

Pan Am air was very selective when choosing their crew. All of the ladies had to speak few languages and be very smart. Of course the look played a big part too. As I love make up I was amazed that they had to wear the same shade of lipstick and so on. WOW!

This company was the first one to have this amazing fashion style and look. 

This is a true inspiration, I had no idea how much work and precision they have put in to this world class airlines. I really do wish they would bring it back. They even used fashion designers for the clothes, when the stewardesses waled in to an airport everyone knew they are the PAN AM Air girls.

For me this is POWER! 

I could see everyone was so proud to wear the badge. This airlines represented the USA all over the world. They were the ambassadors for the country. 

When they closed the airlines in 1991 it was so sad to see the most stylish and fashionable company to go. 

Since then I think few companies tried but there is nothing like PAN AM Air!!

We miss you!!

Soap &Glory; Collagen and bright here bright now creams- my review

As you know from my previews blog I bought Soap & Glory collagen cream called WISH UPON A JAR. It's a 21-day collagen overhaul cream. I was very sceptical at first but I have used this cream for over 4 weeks now. I really must say for a cream which is only £14.00 in Boots, this is just amazing. I could feel that my skin felt really nice and fresh just after a week, but now my face feel so smooth and soft. I really love it; I can recommend this cream to everyone. Sometimes people pay so much money for this type of beauty products. It's really worth trying cheaper versions, if you pay £100s for creams it does not mean they are better. No creams are a miracle in a small jar but they are great help to prevent from your skin getting older. I would mark this cream at 10 out of 10 without a question!

I have also used other cream BRIGHT HERE BRIGHT NOW; sadly this cream did not reach my expectations. It feels lovely when you put it on but it did not bright my skin. This cream will get only 6 out of 10 points for me. Of course this opinion and reviews are based on my skin type everyone is different.

Overall ladies go and by WISH UPON A JAR because it is a fantastic product!!!
Drinking a lot of water and eating healthy is the main key to beauty.

Red Cups... by Starbucks

The official Christmas season has started.
For me as soon as Starbucks starts with red cups we know the time is coming.
This season my favourite is Toffee Nut Latte...

The other flavours are Eggnog Latte...

 Gingerbread Latte...

and Praline Mocha...

I think I will try the Praline one too. To be very honest with you its heaven on earth.
I love everything with toffee,nuts,caramel and of course all of them must me skimmed latte.
As you now from my previous entry that I bough cool coffee cup and thermo mug.
This year however they had fantastic choice of cups (no thermo mugs) so this is what I bought....... so far ;)

How cute is this cup.
Also this year they are selling Christmas gift cards in this stunning little wallet. Yet again I had to have it... but how can you resist it?... well, I can't

AUDI R8.... dream car

OMG! I must admit I love cars!
Of course my most favourite it Audi R8 this car is like a dream.
The luxurious finishing is amazing. It is a German precision what can I say.
This is 2 door car, and its classed as sports car!
This bad boy is 4.2 L FS1 V8, 2xDOHC and 6-speed manual, 7-speed R Tronic.
What I love the most about this amazing beauty its the fact that you can reach 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds!
Wow!! I am in Love with this car.

The new model is coming in 2014 can't wait to see what improvement they will do. For me this is perfection already!

Shine just like a star this 'Holiday' season

Winter is a great season to sparkle; we can wear more glitter and look fabulous. I am sure that everyone looks amazing all year round. Let's face it ladies we all like to be girly and a footpath is like a red carpet every single day. Most of us admit that when it comes to November/December we simply like to shine.
So here is few of my favourite  pieces for festive make up.

1. MAC-BLUE FLAME I am in love with this shade it's so nice and dark but with nice shine affect. This is very much like my hair colour cosmic blue.

2. BOURJOIS- 92 GRIS PAILLETTES- its grey with a lot of glitter-love it.

3. MAC-LOVE THING mineralize blush-this is great shade for winter.

4. CHANEL LIPSTICK- PASSION I use this colour only in the winter as it is a very rich red.

5. MAC-FROST QUEEN'S SIN I really like this for Christmas this is a deep red lipstick with tiny red glitter it's so great to wear on Christmas Day.

6. CHANEL - 77 OMBRE D'EAU this is a liquid white eye shadow. I use it for base almost everyday. If you blend this to your eyelids and then apply normal eye shadow it stays on for a long time.

7. THE BODY SHOP-glitter eyeliner and roll on glitter.

8. MAC-PEARLGLIDE INTENSE EYE LINERS; FLY-BY-BLU, RAVE and undercurrent. All of those are amazing and have glitter inside. These eyeliners will finish your look with that extra wow factor.

9. L'OREAL-DOUBLE EXTENSION TECHNOLOGY BEAUTY TUBES-ladies this is the best mascara I have ever bought. It really does what is says on the box.

10. L'OREAL-INFALLIBLE 16H, FOUNDATION CONCENTRATE-I don't really use foundation but this is a quick pen which fits in any bag for the last touch up.

11. Goulian powder-powder-fantasticFACE & BODY radiant powder-fantastic small glitter, well its more like a mist of glitter, I recommend to use it on your hair.

This was my top 11 make up products for this fabulous season.
Next time I will tell you what nail polishes are the best for me.

MIU MIU glitter pumps

OMG! I love these pumps! I am the 'queen' of glitter ( classy glitter not snowflake size lol).
This are so 'Wizard of Oz' I will definitely fight Dorothy for them? This is a must this season. The sparkle time is almost here and we can star and rock it ladies!
This beautiful babies are in all MIU MIU stores. Ladies get yourself to MIU MIU and buy a pair.

I am still trying to think which one I want. I love pink as you know but I made my mind up...

Starbucks a Fashion Statement?!

Most celebrities, models and us small fashionistas love Starbucks. If you love fashion and MAC cosmetics; you must love Starbucks.

I can see so many young people carrying in one hand the stylish handbag and in the other Starbucks cup. They even added the signature cup to a Barbie doll.

I must admit I have a terrible addiction and it is Starbucks. Newcastle already has 4 of them and counting. Although they all should brew the same way your favourite coffee, I only enjoy it at the Eldon Square one the best.

I did try other places but no one can compare to Starbucks. What I have is not on the menu but its so easy to ask for one; Skimmed latte with caramel syrup, this is haven on earth - trust me!

The code on my cup is NCL, which is also short for Newcastle, and I love both ;)

Last Christmas they had this fabulous cup, which I bought of course. I cant wait to see this year design.

What is really cool, if you take your thermoplastic mug to one of the Starbucks shops and buy your coffee you will get is 25p cheaper.

Bring it on! Christmas is coming soon and I want my new Starbucks cups !! Little bird told that the new design is coming out in November (the beginning) YAY!

PARIS HILTON in Silesia, Poland

I must say, she looked so beautiful in this Pink dress. Her style and sophistication is showing thorough on this photo. The white sunglasses and leather clutch look perfect.

12th of October Paris came to Poland for the very first time to open a Silesia (second part) Shopping Centre. Her fans came in thousands, but what do you expect; it is Paris Hilton after all. I was gutted as I arrived in Poland on the 14th and I was staying 5 minutes walk from the centre. From what people have told me she loved Poland and will return. 

Paris lost her suitcase at the airport therefore our 'Queen of Shopping' had a great excuse to grab few outfits or perhaps hands full (well, it was actually 3 full suitcases). I am sure she loved Polish designers and will wear them on a red carpet. 

Paris also received her own STAR, and again looked stunning. The thing is with Paris Hilton she looks amazing in everything she puts on. Many think she is spoilt and say mean things but to be honest, who cares she is great business womanNot many people know that she does a lot of charity work away from the public eye. She has fans and followers all over the world, who look up to her and why now!

Ladies, the summer is over, well we never had summer this year. You still want to look and feel great. Why not (?) We all should feel like this all year round.

To be honest looking at those photos motivates me already.

Youthful skin and Wish upon Jar

Some time ago SOAP & GLORY brought out fantastic cream called WISH UPON A JAR. It's a 21-day collagen overhaul cream. After a week, I thought to myself this is just a advert will see if its good.

To be honest so far I love it, my skin feels so nice and I can see small difference to my face, like the tiny wrinkles are very smooth.

I am really in shock because I don't believe in creams and that they will make your skin look better. Personally I really think this cream is a fantastic product; full of collagen.

I was using it for over three months  and I could see how nice my skin feels. It's soft and radiant. Of course there is no miracles in a jar but it does work. Like I always said the right diet is the key to youthful skin. Creams with collagen are just a small help. 

The other thing which I can recommend is exercise your face daily. When you wake up and evening before you go to sleep. Is good to pinch your cheeks, massage your creams in so it goes really deep it to the skin and the last one is to stretch your mouth by saying few letter like E,A,O,U.

Thirty something

It is official I am 30 years old (for the past 10 months now) and what's next.
I always though being 30 is terrible, you can't have crazy make up you have to act serious.
The most scary part for me was that I need to change my personality and act like a grown up. Don't get me wrong at work I am very professional and I like that side of me.

I always wanted to be twenty something, as I loved my late twenties. The though of writing on any applications 30+ was just out of this world for me.

Actually this thirty something is not so bad and I don't really have to change, I can stay me. There is no book, which tell you that you need to act certain way. It is how you feel inside and age is just a number. There is nothing wrong with loving pink and wearing Barbie make up. Life is fun and life is what you make it.

The first motto, which I life by is " Dreams do come true, don't wish for them; make them happen". I guess as long as you are true to your self then everything else will fall in to place. I have spoken to few people who are in the thirties and older and everyone said the same thing 'be you'.

I really adore make up and sparkly things, all classy though. I think fashion and make up is so much fun. I love to try new things all the time.

My second motto is " Life is so much more fun if you add some sparkle to it "
I wonder if there are a lot of women out there who feel exactly the same as me...

Beautiful lips

Ladies if you going for a night out or perhaps you bought nice lipstick, but it does not look very smooth on your lips.
Here is my tip how to achieve it.
Never ever use face scrub on your lips because it is too harsh. Dab your finger in sugar and gently rub your lips, wash it all off and put little bit of honey on.
It will give your lips all vitamins and it will make your lips nice and smooth. Try to keep honey for about 5 minutes then wash it off.
If you have any collagen creams or eye cream gently dab it in. 
I would suggest using clear lip pencil or nude, always going around your lip contour.
Apply your new lipstick and little bit of lipgloss and you are ready to go.

Healthy, shiny hair

A lot of people are asking me what do I do with my hair? because it looks so shiny and healthy.

To be honest I don't do anything special. I eat healthy most of the time; I never use hair straightness or hair dryers. I also don't use any other products on my hair.

The only thing I do use is the same shampoo and conditioner for about ten years now, and the same hair dye.

The amazing shampoo and conditioner are Head & Shoulders, time-to-time I change it, but it is maybe ones a year or so. After washing my hair, the last rinse is with cold water.
The hair dye I use is SwartzKopf LIVE Cosmic Blue. I love this colour it looks so nice in the sun. When you dye your hair always use same brand and shade, that way your hair will look amazing after few months.

This is it; remember always stick to the basics. If you use too much of hair wax, mousse etc it will damage your hair at some point.

Kelly Melu... Stunning bracelets from Poland

As you know I just visited Poland. I have one huge addiction and it is bracelets, I always bought British designers like Links of London, however my other ones are Thomas Sabo, Gucci, Chanel and Pandora. When I was in Poland I bought few magazines to take a look what is going in fashion and beauty. Then I saw this picture;

I think this photo speaks for it self. I love this bracelets. I understand they are summer collection, but to be honest with you it will bring great contrast to the winter colours. They look very classy but also hip and rock chic! The quality is very good and the finishing on all of the bracelets are with a fantastic precision.

Of course I have visited the amazing website and I saw those ones too;

 Super cute and adorable. This would look fantastic with my other designer bracelets.

This little thing will look great with my rock chic look. I can see myself in skinny Guess? Jeans, high leather boots by Gucci and my Karen Millen leather jacket....Oh, and of course my Chanel bag.

My love for bracelets

This is some of my Friendship bracelets from LINKS OF LONDON.
I must say I am really addicted to it. I think they are great and you can wear them with anything. You can dress them down or with something classy. It is silver 925 so for the price it is fab!

What I really love about them, it the fact that you can mix them in different colours and it always looks amazing on your hand. I hate copies of those bracelets, they look cheap and of course they are not the real deal. I cant wait for the new collection!

My birthday look

This year I turned 30! I was scared at first but now I think this is the best year ever. I had few requests about my look for the occasion and here it is. Below I have listed all product I have used to achieve the look. Hope you like it ladies.

1. Face: I don't use any foundation but I have used MAC DISNEY collection CAJUN magic powder.

2. Eyes: Chanel liquid pearl/white eyeshadow, which I applied all over my eye lids. For my eyes I have used BOURJOIS 92 GRIS PAILLETTES it is dark grey shadow with a lot of glitter.

Then in the middle of my eyes I have added MAC BLUE FLAME MINERALIZE shadow and to to finish the eye shadows i added little bit of white MAC in the corners.

Eyeliner was black by L'OREAL super liner CARBON GLOSS and to finish L'OREAL maskara Double Extensions. The bottom of my eyes I used MAC FLY-BY-BLU. All the blue colours I have used are midnight blue just like my hair. :)

3. Cheeks: I used MAC LOVE THING and on the top MAC BELIGHTFUL finish.

4. Lips: MAC MAGENTA lipliner and MAC DISNEY collection lipsgloss HOT HOUSE.

5. Hair: I dyed my hair blue black by SWARZKOFT and I added little bit of glitter."

When I was in Poland, I have discovered amazing company called PINKO.

This is an Italian make with fantastic edge. Pinko was found by Pietro Negra and Cristina Rubini. I love the hot campaigns, so emotional and straight to the point.
I really liked the style of the clothes. It is so stylish and glam but with a hint of a rock chick. Just take a look at some of the photos. In my eyes it is a big WOW!
This styles are perfect to wear all year round. What I really liked about it that this looks so comfy and the quality is outstanding. Prices are expensive but hey, this is fantastic brand! The fashion shows are great, but when you look at them you know you want to wear everything.

Fantastic edge, the clothes are so vibrant even in dark colours.

PINKO is using the most well know faces for the campaigns and it does work, as this brand is starting to be a hot spot in fashion all over the world.

My love to this amazing styles

Year 2011 was all about PINK!. I am so happy about it as this year is very special to me and to make it all Pink is perfect.

Most of my clothes and make up is pink. Is pink over the top or is it just a pretty colour?

Here is few items which I really like.

Let me start with a fantastic must have.... of course it's a pink bag, wow! This LV bag is to die for ladies.

Now the biggest addiction for all of us...

Those shoes are just amazing, they look so cute and girly.

The dresses below look stunning on a blond or dark haired girls. Pink is for everyone, no matter what the skin colours is.

Little bit of black finishing looks so great with any shade of pink. For me this look is Rock Chic gone cute.

All dresses look so fabulous, if I had my own way I would finish them with some bright green or blue shoes, nails and make up. Just to add a small edge to it. Ladies do not be scared to mix colours the brighter the better but please try to keep it classy.

Personally I don't really like to much jewellery but of course if you want to add a small ring or necklace; go for it.

Now regarding make up I really love this nail vanish by Models Own its so hot just take a look

As for the full make up, as much as I love pink keep the pink there but not too much. The best look is the Mac Cosmetics Barbie look

So this is my opinion about the season and Pink year a head.

Now time to get to the pink car
