New way of toned body

I hate going to the gym its just not me at all. I know there is a lot of women who feel the same. For many years I wanted to try pole dancing fitness.
Finally I have done my first class yesterday. To be very honest with you it was fantastic, my arms are sore little bit today but hey no pain, no gain. And I was very surprised to hear that I am not as weak and I though. WOO HOO result.


It was a lot of fun and I know now that this is how I want to get my body fit and toned. I would recommend it to everyone!!
I went to The North Pole Dance in Newcastle. Aimee was my teacher and she is the owner. What a lovely person, she was so good what ever she showed me it looked so beautiful and easy. Well, its harder then it looks but with good practice we can all get there.
